My N120m from BBNaija still intact – Ilebaye
Big Brother Naija All Stars edition winner, Ilebaye Odiniya, has bragged that the N120 million she won from the reality show is still intact.
She disclosed this while responding to a fan who suggested that people might think she has gone bankrupt because of the moderation of her social media content.
“When you don’t post people will think you are broke,” the fan wrote during a heart-to-heart chat with Ilebaye on Snapchat.
Responding, the reality star said her low social media profile doesn’t mean she is bankrupt, stressing that if she flaunts her lifestyle on social media many will die of hate.
She said, “Lmaoo! When it comes to being broke, don’t add Ilebaye’s name to that circle girl! lol, brokenness isn’t my portion and I thank God for using Big Brother to have my own money. Because I don’t post doesn’t mean I don’t have. If I dey post, una for die of hate. I’m saving you guys from unnecessary High BP. I never even touch that 120M yet. Lmao you think it’s by posting designers that make you rich.”

‘You can’t destroy my marriage’ Frederick Leonard breaks silence on marital crisis
Nollywood actor, Frederick Leonard, has clarified there are no cracks in his marriage with Peggy Ovire, as speculated by some bloggers and followers.
According to Naija News, rumours of cracks in the actor’s marriage began after his wife shared Christmas-themed photos in which her husband was missing.
An Instagram blog also alleged that the couple is having a crisis in their marriage over how Frederick constantly cheats and disrespects his wife at movie sets and locations.
In response, the movie star, in a lengthy post via his Instagram page on Thursday, said whatever happens in his marriage is nobody’s business, and critics should stay off his union.
Frederick stated that marriage is not slavery and his wife is at will to do whatever she wants, stressing that he would also not stop kissing in movies because of his marriage.
The thespian added that they did not consult anyone before their marriage and do not owe anyone an explanation of what happens in their home.
He wrote, “Leave me and my wife’s name out of your contaminated blogs. This marriage IS NOT YOUR BUISNESS. What goes on in this marriage will not make your lives better or put food on your table. Beyond bad leadership, poverty is on the all time high because sttupiddty is on the increase, and people are channeling their energy and attention wrongly.

Actress Etinosa Idemudia remarries ‘unknown white man’ in Lagos
According to TheCable, Etinosa Idemudia, the Nigerian actress, has tied the knot again, this time with a white man.
Etinosa took to her Instagram page to share a video of herself and her lover, whose name and nationality are yet to be revealed.
In the accompanying caption, the actress wrote, “I don carry my two left enter new relationship. Please wish me well ❤️ 💍”.
In another Instagram post on Thursday, Etinosa shared a photo from their legal wedding ceremony held at the Ikoyi Registry in Lagos.
Etinosa is best known for her comedy skits which featured various Nollywood actors including Daniel K Daniel.
In 2019, she fueled outrage after going unclad during the live Instagram session of Mc Galaxy, a singer.
Etinosa has been married twice. Her first husband Babatunde Solomon was said to be a military man.

“I got married. I did not know anything. If not for all those experiences, I would probably still be a regular engineer wife with maybe 3 children, or none because he was diagnosed with a health challenge,” she had said.

‘Marriage failure turned me wild’ -Tiwa Savage opens up about her divorce from TeeBillz
Tiwa Savage, the Nigerian singer, has opened up about her divorce from Tunji ‘TeeBillz‘ Balogun, her ex-husband.
The duo divorced in 2018 after efforts to resolve the differences in their marriage proved abortive.
In an interview with The Receipts Podcast, the ‘Kele Kele’ hitmaker revealed that her ex-husband was responsible for the divorce.
The award-winning songstress said at the time, she was struggling with postpartum depression after giving birth to their son.
The 44-year-old singer said she faced intense criticism from the public, with many attacking her without giving her a chance to share her side of the story.
She also recalled how some prominent figures advised her to remain silent about the incident to protect her reputation.
“When I came out, I was Nigeria’s sweetheart when I started and I could do no wrong in Nigerian’s eyes. I did everything by the book. I went to university and I wasn’t a baby mama. I got married then I had a baby so I did everything in the right order and everybody loved me and then everything happened,” she said.
“Then I started getting hate from blogs and I started getting hate from certain people. The way our situation happened, he announced it online. I didn’t break up with him but I was the one being attacked.
“At the time, my baby was just a few months old and I was dealing with postpartum and my body wasn’t the same and I was depressed. Everyone then went to him and only a few people came to see me.
“After I interviewed to tell my side of the story, it got worse. People were like ‘How dare you go and talk’ ‘You’re a woman and you’re supposed to build the house, it’s your fault’.
“I remember famous people calling me to ask how I could tell my side of the story cuz I’d never win. Ever since then, I was like I won’t ever talk about the situation because it was very heartbreaking how the public took it and blamed me.”
She added that the experience was an “eye-opener” that made her become “wild and carefree”.
“It was an eye-opener for me and it made me depressed for so long. It got me angry then I became the ‘African Bad Girl’,” she added.
“I thought to myself that after doing everything right I was still attacked. Then I started getting tattoos and wearing short skirts and bikini. I was just wild.”

Fuji icon, Yoboro Yobonson honoured as ‘Ambassador of Fuji Music Worldwide’
The publisher of Naija Diaspora Magazine, Ismaila Adegbola has honoured iconic Fuji musician Alhaji Olawale Ishola Fatai aka Sandoka Yoboro Yobonson for his commitment to the growth of Fuji music.
Yobonson received an award of excellence as the ‘Ambassador of Fuji Music Worldwide’.
The official presentation of the plaque to the Fuji maestro was held on December 16, 2024, during the 14th Year Remembrance Prayer of the Fuji creator, late Sikiru Ayinde Barrister at his Fuji Chamber, Isolo, Lagos.
The event was a gathering of artistes from different backgrounds, influential personalities and entertainment stakeholders.
In a heartfelt acceptance speech, Yobonson expressed his appreciation to the Naija Diaspora Magazine who found him worthy of being the recipient of the prestigious award.
“I, Alhaji Olawale Ishola Sandoka is extremely happy for this tremendous honour which is conferred to me by Naija Diaspora Magazine. In fact, today is my joyous day,” he began.
He added, “This award is very significant in my life as I clocked 60 years on earth two days ago. So, I give glory to Almighty Allah who makes me witness this special day in sound health. I am deeply appreciative of the recognition.
“Thank you for considering me worthy of such a prestigious accolade. I cannot express how much this award means to me. All I can say is thank you for believing in my ability and creativity. I dedicated this award to my leader and mentor, late Sikiru Ayinde Ololade Adeyinka Barrister (Mr Fuji) and the entire Fuji musicians worldwide.”
In celebrating the recognition award, Yobonson promised to host his colleagues, friends and family to a party. He also urged his fans to stay tune for his upcoming album.
On his part, the Editor-in-Chief of Naija Diaspora Magazine, Ismaila Adegbola represented by Olaitan Ganiu stated that Fuji Virtuous was recognised for his pivotal role in preserving and elevating Fuji music, ensuring that its rich cultural heritage continues to thrive both locally and internationally.
“This honor is a testament to your unwavering dedication, innovative spirit, and commitment to the growth and global appreciation of Fuji music. Your tireless efforts to promote this vibrant genre, alongside your profound respect for its pioneer, the late Dr. Sikiru Ayinde Barrister MFR, have not gone unnoticed.
“Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition. We look forward to celebrating your achievements and the continued evolution of Fuji music under your stewardship,” Adegbola said.
