Minister unveils training on automated passport application

The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo on Wednesday, January 3, inaugurated a training session on automated passport application for the passport control officers and enrolment officers of the Nigeria Immigration Service.

The Minister shared photos on his X handle.

He wrote: “Today, I declared open the training on automated passport application for Passport Control Officers and Enrolment Officers of the Nigeria Immigration Service.

“With the commitment and dedication displayed by officers of the service, launching of the automation process on Monday, January 8, 2024 is possible.”
