Boniface scoops third straight Bundesliga Award

Bayer Leverkusen and Nigeria international star Victor Boniface has won for the third straight time the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month Award.

He first won the award in August before adding the September and October top prizes. The striker scored a goal and made an assist in the month review to beat Xavi Simmons and Brajan Gruda to the gong.

In August, he achieved a unique double by winning both the Bundesliga Player of the Month as well as the Rookie of the Month.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu has urged Arsenal to sign Boniface come January.
