ADC Wins as Ekiti Election Results Emerge (SEE RESULTS)

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has achieved a significant milestone by winning its first polling unit in the ongoing governorship election in Ekiti State.
The victory occurred at the Ajagbala Hall Polling Unit in Okeruku Ward 02, located in the Ikere Local Government Area.
According to a result sheet reviewed by Daily Post, the ADC received 39 votes, surpassing the All Progressives Congress (APC), which garnered 29 votes.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) trailed in third place with 17 votes.
Dare Bejide, the ADC’s governorship candidate, previously reported incidents of violence against his supporters during the election.
In a notable turn of events, Bejide did not secure a win at his own polling unit. At Polling Unit 004, situated in Ward 2 of the Ekiti South-West Local Government Area, he received 37 votes.

In contrast, Governor Biodun Oyebanji from the APC won this unit with a commanding 140 votes, while the PDP managed to obtain just two votes.
