Praise, Glamour as CCC Liberation holds 6th Harvest

The vibrant city of Lagos is buzzing with excitement as the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Liberation Parish, (Dwelling of Peace), celebrates its 6th annual harvest thanksgiving service.

This much-anticipated event takes place on Sunday, December 15, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am. Members of the parish and the wider community are invited to come together in gratitude, reflecting on the blessings of the past year and embracing the spirit of unity and joy that this significant occasion brings.

In a recent announcement, the Chairman of Harvest, Superior Senior Leader Samuel Adejuwon, expressed inspiring words regarding this year’s harvest celebration. Under the guidance of Venerable Superior Evangelist (Pro) James Aso, who oversees the spiritual aspects, Adejuwon emphasized the theme of liberation. He stated that the upcoming harvest is intended to symbolize freedom for all participants, regardless of the challenges they may face.

The statement referenced Galatians 5:1, which proclaims, “Christ set people free for freedom, and they should not be burdened by slavery again.”

This powerful message serves as a cornerstone for this year’s theme, which has been aptly titled “Liberation 2024.” It aims to inspire individuals to embrace their freedom and let go of any burdens that may hinder their spiritual and personal growth. The harvest celebration promises to be a transformative experience for the community.

The harvest activities which started on December 10, 2024, were filled with a diverse array of programs designed to honor the occasion aimed at supporting widows and those in need, offering them care and resources, also, revival by renowned revivalists.

A vibrant Praise Night is taking place on December 13, 2024, where participants will gather to celebrate through music and worship.

In a bid to promote community well-being, an Environmental Sanitation initiative will take place, encouraging participants to join in improving the local surroundings.

The week will culminate in a heartfelt special Thanksgiving service, allowing everyone to express gratitude and reflect on their blessings.
