Nigeria’s new Consul General, Ambassador Francis Enya assumes duty in Cameroon

The newly appointed Consul-General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria overseeing Littoral & West Regions of Cameroon, Ambassador Francis Enya resume duty on 3rd May, 2024 in d Consulate General of Nigeria located in Bonapriso, Douala, Cameroon.
The Ambassador seeks support and cooperation of all Nigerian residents in Littoral and West Regions of Cameroon. The brief remarks was made during the reception organized by the Home-Based Officers of the Consulate General in the Conference Room of the Consulate General. According to him, he appealed that the same cooperation given to her predecessor should also extended to him and will continue from where she stopped in order to make Nigeria proud.
Being a son of the soil, and having completed his primary and secondary education in Douala, before proceeded to Nigeria to further his studies, testified that the plan his father had for him has taken him to where he is presently and he is not regretting it.
As a Consular Expert, he assured Nigerians that he will do his best to protect their interests in the Host Country. He begged Nigerians to support his work and be law abiding in the course of doing their legitimate businesses.
Continuing, he said that he will continue the good work of his predecessor by protecting the interest of all Nigerians and improve on the subsisting bilateral relations of our two brotherly Countries.
Ambassador Enya before his appointment as Consul-General was the Deputy Director Consular& Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja, Nigeria. He served in many Nigerian Missions, notably, Brussels, Belgium.
