The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) has drawn to a close, and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has recognized the players and teams who made this edition unforgettable.

Nigeria’s William Troost-Ekong, a pillar of strength and leadership, secured the Man of the Competition award, while South Africa emerged with two major wins: Ronwen Williams as Best Goalkeeper and Bafana Bafana as the Fair Play Team.
