FULL LIST: APC Announces Updated List of Disqualified Senatorial Aspirants (ICYMI)

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has published an updated list of senatorial aspirants disqualified from participating in its Senate primary elections.

Notably, the revised list excludes the name of Ben Murray-Bruce, the former senator for Bayelsa East, who appeared in the party’s earlier release.

In a statement issued on Monday, APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, called on party stakeholders to maintain transparency and order throughout the primary process.

“The All Progressives Congress (APC) hereby releases an updated list of Senatorial aspirants not cleared to participate in the Party’s Senate Primary Elections,” the statement said.

“The APC urges all stakeholders to uphold transparency, orderliness, and the integrity of the ongoing Primary Election process.”

The ruling party had initially disqualified 47 aspirants ahead of the 2027 general elections. However, the updated list reflects a reduction to 44 names.
