VIDEO: Drama as Military Exchange Blows During Tinubu’s Visit to Bayelsa

During President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s visit to Bayelsa State, an altercation involving military personnel was captured on video and shared on social media.
The incident occurred when the driver of a Hilux vehicle identified as “Naval Police” stepped out and engaged in a verbal exchange with another driver.
After returning to his vehicle, the situation escalated when a third driver, armed with a rifle, approached the Naval Police driver and threw a punch.
This confrontation rapidly developed into a larger brawl, with personnel from both vehicles exchanging blows in front of shocked civilians who witnessed the event.
The cause of the altercation could not be immediately ascertained as of press time.
The clash reportedly occurred as the President was leaving the venue of an official event during his visit to the state.
President Tinubu was in Bayelsa to commission projects, where he reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to tackle insecurity across the country.
He pledged sustained investment in the nation’s armed forces, stating that his government would continue to equip and train security personnel to confront insurgency, banditry, and other violent threats.
