FROM THE ALTAR: Tinubu’s pastor drops unfavourable prophecy ahead 2027 poll

According to scripture, many are called, but few are chosen. In the lead-up to the 2023 elections, several pastors made predictions regarding the rise and fall of President Bola Tinubu.
Only a handful of these clerics accurately foresaw the outcome, notably Prophet Julius Okonkwo, the presiding pastor of Kingdom Seeker Ministries, which is based in the United States.
As the circumstances surrounding Tinubu’s victory take on a new dimension, prophecies continue to emerge from various pulpits, condemning the newly elected president and warning of the severe hardships that may lie ahead for Nigerians.

The US-based prophet said those who are vocally advocating for democracy and criticizing President Tinubu are largely doing so because they feel the impact of his policies on their lives; their concerns, however, are not necessarily in the best interest of Nigerians as a whole.
His message:
“I want to caution Nigerians to disregard these dissenting voices, who often create a cacophony of discontent. Tinubu is poised to guide Nigeria towards a brighter future, a vision some refer to as the promised land.
From my vantage point here in America, I witness the changes he is implementing, and many Nigerians abroad are taking note of his leadership. Just recently, someone remarked to me, “Daddy, if Tinubu continues to improve the country, I’m seriously considering moving back to Nigeria.” This speaks volumes about the hope he inspires. I believe that if Tinubu were to lose the upcoming 2027 election, it could plunge Nigeria into a profound crisis. There are influential figures who are not pleased with Tinubu’s transformative reforms after more than fifty years, but their opinions are inconsequential.
Feel free to label me or hurl insults at me; I’ve been branded as “Tinubu’s pastor” by some of his critics, but that doesn’t faze me. I have never met Tinubu or anyone in his family, but I believe it’s crucial to speak candidly about the situation. And let’s be realistic—how many politicians here have contributed to our community? I accurately predicted Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 elections, and it materialized without any press conferences on my part to claim credit. I echo my confidence that he will triumph in 2027, paving the way for Nigeria to break free from external influences that hinder our progress.
There are those in Western countries who seem to obstruct Nigeria’s ascent while ironically praising it. If Tinubu is unable to serve a full eight years in office, the repercussions could set Nigeria back by half a century—this is a warning all Nigerians should heed! Additionally, I wish to convey a word of caution to the President: be vigilant of those around you. While some may appear loyal now, come election time, they may not hesitate to turn their backs on you.”
