“Buhari Was So Stubborn” – Tinubu Opens Up

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has said the late former President Muhammadu Buhari was a stubborn person.
He made the revelation on Tuesday while recalling moments of disagreement with the former Nigerian leader during the formative days of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking while receiving members of The Buhari Organisation (TBO), led by former Nasarawa State Governor, Senator Tanko Al-Makura, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Tinubu said their debates in 2013 reflected the contrasting political cultures that shaped the merger.
“We disagreed to agree. We even argued about a symbol. He (Buhari) insisted on parliament, and I insisted on broom. He’s so stubborn,” Tinubu recounted, drawing laughter from the audience.
The President explained that despite the disputes, compromises were reached to cement the merger of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), and a faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), culminating in the registration of the APC by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in 2013.
The broom was eventually adopted as the party’s symbol. The merger would later propel the APC to power in 2015, ending the 16-year dominance of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Among the leaders in Tuesday’s gathering were Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda and former Governor Aminu Masari.
Buhari, who served two terms as President after the APC’s victory in 2015, died in July 2025 in London

Primate Elijah Ayodele: 7 Unfulfilled Prophecies By Nigerian Cleric (FULL LIST)

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the founder and leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, is recognized as a prominent spiritual figure whose prophecies resonate with a diverse audience.
Although some of his forecasts have faced criticism for inaccuracies, a significant number have been notably accurate, thereby enhancing his credibility among followers and supporters.
His emphasis on political issues has been scrutinized by various political figures, particularly in instances where his predictions have not materialized.
In 2021, Femi Adesina, the former Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, highlighted eight occasions in which Primate Elijah Ayodele’s prophecies proved to be incorrect.
Adesina referenced these misjudgments while responding to Ayodele’s assertion that Nigeria would face disintegration between the years 2035 and 2040.
In his article titled “Some Prophets See Nothing,” Adesina counseled Ayodele to consider shifting his focus from prophecy to the dissemination of the gospel.
Adesina noted that then;
“I know Primate Ayodele. I have been a special guest in his church when I was Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief of The Sun Newspapers. He does great things in terms of welfare for his flock. He empowers them with cash and materials they can use to set up themselves gainfully. I was impressed with that. But the prophetic aspect?
Let’s look at all these facts:
1. In the build-up to the 2015 presidential elections, Primate Ayodele said Goodluck Jonathan would win. The man lost.
2. He said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would take Kaduna by a narrow margin. Nasir el-Rufai of the All Progressives Congress (APC) won.
3. Again, he said Yobe, Gombe, Benue, Delta, and the Akwa Ibom States would be won by PDP. The APC won three of those States. Who hit the crossbar? You know the answer.
4. “PDP will shock APC in Lagos. It didn’t happen.
5. Boko Haram would bomb South West. Mercifully, it didn’t happen.
6. APC would break, Buhari won’t do second term. You know the truth.
7. And in 2017, when the President was on medical vacation abroad for many months, he said the seat was vacant, and the man would never return. You now know who didn’t speak the truth, who didn’t hear from God.

‘Beware of Fubara now’ – Prophet warns Wike as suspended gov returns

The political tensions in Rivers State have been resolved between Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike and his political protégé, Similayi Fubara, particularly concerning their respective roles within the state’s governance.
On March 18, President Bola Tinubu enacted a six-month suspension of Fubara following the declaration of a state of emergency in the region.
This suspension extended to the deputy governor and the state House of Assembly, leading to the appointment of a sole administrator to oversee state affairs.
In light of this complex political scenario, a new advisory has emerged directed at Minister Wike, cautioning him against engaging in further confrontations with Governor Fubara if he intends to sustain his political relevance.
This warning takes the form of a prophetic message from Prophet Julius Okonkwo, the lead pastor of Kingdom Seeker Ministries located in the United States.
From his base in Chicago, the prophet urged Wike to adopt a more measured approach, indicating that his growing prominence and prospective future leadership position could be imperiled by his current combative stance.
He said: “On Fubara’s return, I hope the battle is over between them, but Wike should always be watchful and allow the man to govern the state with a free mind, not with pani,c so that those who have supported him (Wike) during the war will not turn against him now. Fubara is like a wounded lion, he has no political backings, no administrative backing, on his own but Wike should also be careful. If another battle comes up again, Wike will lose beyond expectation.

What I Saw Ahead Of 2027 Election – Prophet Okonkwo Declares Fresh Warning To Tinubu

As Nigeria approaches the 2027 presidential election, the political landscape is becoming increasingly dynamic.
Various political figures and factions are intensifying their efforts to challenge the incumbent president, Bola Tinubu, as they position themselves for a potential run at the presidency.
Amidst the flurry of campaign strategies and optimism from political stakeholders, a prominent pastor has issued a fresh and startling warning that could unsettle many supporters of certain presidential candidates.
In his latest prophetic message titled “What Will Happen Ahead of the 2027 Polls in Nigeria,” Prophet Julius Okonkwo, the lead pastor of Kingdom Seeker Ministries based in the United States, has made a striking revelation.
He foresees a dramatic turn of events that could infuriate some opposition supporters: a key candidate might unexpectedly withdraw from the race. This revelation threatens to shake the confidence of those who believe their chosen representative will triumph in the election.
As anticipation builds, the impact of these spiritual insights on the political arena remains to be seen, leaving many pondering the true implications of Okonkwo’s prophecy.
His messages:
‘There will be a national disgrace from a certain presidential candidate and he will be forced to withdraw’. I want Nigeria to know that only Tinubu was ordained to lead this country to greater height, others are political noisemakers.
“Yes, the north will make attempt not to vote for Tinubu but at the last minutes, they will change their mind and rush to votes for him. That man saying he will reduce Tinubu’s one million votes was talking out of anger not from wisdom.
Was he talking in support of Nigeria or because he was not given certain position? No forces can stop Tinubu except God. Nigerians, let Tinubu complete his 8 years and see what will happen to the next generation. By the time, he (Tinubu) finishes what he has started, he will become an hero for life in the history this country.”

VIDEO: ‘As far as God lives’- How Father Mbaka prophecy working against Peter Obi’s presidency

The distinction between curses and blessings is profound and often misunderstood.
This notion evokes contemplation about the arduous journey of former Anambra Governor Peter Gregory Obi, who has long harbored the aspiration of becoming Nigeria’s President.
Despite this widespread popularity and support, Obi finished third in the election, trailing behind Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar—an outcome that took many by surprise.
Following Tinubu’s victory, the Obidient Group remained undeterred, vowing to continue their quest for justice. They sought to challenge the election results through legal avenues, with hopes that Obi might ultimately unseat Tinubu.
However, these efforts culminated in disappointment when the Supreme Court ruled the challenge invalid, effectively nullifying their claims.
As Obi charts his course towards the 2027 presidential election, he appears to be navigating a treacherous political landscape marked by instability and division within the parties he aligns with.
This precarious situation evokes memories of a striking speech made in 2023 by a controversial Catholic priest, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka.
In passionate terms, Mbaka asserted that Obi had incurred a personal curse, suggesting that he bears a heavy burden as he pursues his political ambitions.
Mbaka said the then Labour Party (LB) presidential candidate was a “stingy man” and that it was better to have an “old generous man” as president than a “stingy young man”.
The cleric spoke during his weekly ministry service at the Adoration Ground in Enugu then.
“This hunger that is disturbing people and you said you want him? A stingy man, that cannot give people his money. You want to die of hunger? Are you people mad? Where is the Holy Spirit?
“We want somebody that is serious. Unless Peter Obi comes here to kneel, if he becomes President, I will close down this ministry. He is going nowhere,” Mbaka said in 2023, according to a clip posted by BBC Igbo.
The cleric had criticised the former governor ahead of the 2019 presidential election, when Obi, then a vice presidential candidate, declined the cleric’s request to make a donation to the ministry.
Mbaka later issued an apology to the former governor for the verbal attacks.
But after some time, the cleric said he issued the apology to the former governor under duress and not on his volition.
He said he decided to speak up because Mr Obi’s campaign group had been using a video clip of the apology to score political points ahead of the 2023 election.
“No, I didn’t apologise wholeheartedly, it was out of duress. I had to obey my bishop. in obedience, I had to, it is not of my volition. I did it because I am a Catholic priest, my bishop said, do it, my own is ‘Yes my Lord’,” he said.
“Listen, a good old man is better than a young wicked man. Peter Obi is going nowhere as far as God lives. If Igbos want a representative, it is not someone like Peter Obi,” Mr Mbaka added.
He accused Obi of desecrating the altar of God by declining to make donation when he was called to do so, insisting that Obi must return to the ministry and make amends before he could taste victory at the polls.
He recalled that he had called Atiku in 2019 and warned him to drop Obi as his running mate for the election, if he wanted to win the election, but that Atiku declined.
“I called Atiku after that apology, he was in Dubai. I told him that there is a revelation on your presidential election; that you are going to be the president of Nigeria on one condition, that Peter Obi is not going to be your running mate.
“(because) Peter Obi has incurred a curse to himself, which means that he is carrying a curse. If you want to be President, change him,” he said.
Not the first time
Mbaka is known for attacking politicians who fall out of favour with him.
In 2015, during his New Year Message, the cleric had attacked the then President Goodluck Jonathan, in the build up to the Presidential election, declaring that Goodluck had become ‘bad luck’ and that he would give way for the then All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Muhammadu President, who later won the election, to become president.
Mbaka, a known staunch supporter of late Buhari, had in a surprise move attacked the president, asking him to resign or be impeached for “bad governance”.
The presidency then responded with an accusation that the priest was angry because his request for government contracts was rebuffed.

“Law of Stealing” Obasanjo Launches Fresh Attack On Nigerian Lawmakers

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has decisvely launched scathing attacks on Nigerian lawmakers, claiming they are “much worse” than all those who have gone in the First, Second, and Third Republics.
As reported by Daily Trust, Obasanjo stated this in one of his recently released books titled “Nigeria Past and Future: Contemplations on Nigeria’s History and Vision For Tomorrow.”
The fresh Obasanjo’s attacks on the Nigerian lawmakers are found in chapter seven of the book “Lawmakers at Federal and State Levels.”
He said the lawmakers came up with the constituency projects “in their hunger for illegitimate money.”
“In their hunger for illegitimate money, the lawmakers devised what they called constituency projects, which they unilaterally inserted into the budget without consultation or agreement with the executive, and which very badly distorted the national budget and made it unbalanced.
“Invariably, once such misconduct and illegitimate action are allowed, the budget would go into deficit. Then, budget budget-making exercise becomes a joke or a caricature.
“Constituency projects by lawmakers at the national or state levels are daylight unarmed robbery. All involved must be treated as criminals. In my time, it was not as brazen and audacious as it is now and particularly from the time of Buhari. They used to go through the ministries and departments.
“Normally, they went into collusion with the ministries, and any minister or head of parastatal caught by me would be in for a high jump. That was the case with a female Minister of Education of mine. But now, there is no disguise or pretence; it is openly done with impunity, and the president calls nobody to order, and he thereby becomes an accomplice in the crime.”
