2027: ADC Chairman Resigns, Sends Message To Atiku

Mr. Shehu Kambile, the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa, has officially resigned from his position as Special Assistant to Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.
In a statement released on Wednesday in Yola, Kambile explained that his resignation was a strategic move aimed at allowing him to dedicate more time and energy to bolstering the ADC’s position as the primary opposition party in the state.
“My appointment was facilitated through the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IFAC) framework, designed to foster national cohesion.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve Gov. Fintiri but have to step aside and focus on my primary mandate: building a robust and effective opposition.
“We crave an opposition that can provide a credible alternative for the people,” he said.
Kambile commended former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, for his commitment towards promoting inclusive and democratic engagements within the ADC.
He urged all ADC members to unite and work together in steering the party to success.
