From Palace To Prison: The fraud story of Nigerian monarch jailed four years in US

Joseph Oloyede, the Apetu of Ipetumodu in Osun State, has been sentenced to 56 months in prison for defrauding the United States government of $4.2 million in COVID-19 relief funds.
The sentencing was carried out by Judge Christopher Boyko after Oloyede pleaded guilty to multiple charges.
In addition to the prison term, the judge mandated that Oloyede serve three years of supervised release post-incarceration and pay restitution amounting to $4,408,543. Click link to continue reading.
