West Ham battle Juventus for Dele-Bashiru as Lazio take stand on exit

As the January transfer window whining down, several clubs have been busy in the market weighing different options for different players who can fit into their plans, especially as the league battles heat up in major European league.
In the case of West Ham United who recently hired former Chelsea manager Harry Potters have been busy shopping for several players to beef up the struggling team but one of the major challenges clubs like West Ham could face is position in the league table.
West Ham United have joined the race to sign Nigeria midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru from Italian side Lazio, ThePapers.ng reports.
Dele-Bashiru’s impact since joining Lazio in the summer has been profound. His dynamic performances, highlighted by two goals and two assists in four Europa League matches, have firmly established him as one of the club’s standout players.
His form is attracting interest from English Premier League side West Ham United and Italian heavyweights Juventus.
Juventus, in particular, have reportedly conducted preliminary inquiries about the 23-year-old, according to La Repubblica via Goal.
A source from London has also informed ThePapers that West Ham United have been monitoring the progress of the Nigeria playmaker as Harry Potter’s interested in making him one of the mercurial signing in the summer.
Although, Lazio’s sporting director, Angelo Fabiani, has made it clear the club is not eager to part with their talented midfielder.
