#Praise2023: Shepherd Aso meets popular CCC prophet Evans in Ibadan

The Celestial Church of Christ, Liberation Parish is currently preparing for its 5th Adult Harvest and Thanksgiving Service.

The parish shepherd, Venerable Superior Evangelist Aso James (Every Living Soul),  met with Prophet Gabriel Evans, the Shepherd-in-charge of Celestial Church of Christ, City of David Cathedral in Ibadan, Oyo State on Tuesday 5th December, 2023.

Prophet Gabriel Evans is one of the ministers who will be attending the harvest week programmes, which will commence on December 11, 2023.

According to reports, Prophet Gabriel Evans and other popular Celestial Church of Christ shepherds have condemned the attack on Shepherd Aso. The attack led to the loss of millions of naira worth of properties in Overcomers Parish, Ajah.

The attack was in response to the death of a labourer who died accidentally during the evacuation of a soakaway in CCC Overcomers Parish.

Prophet Evans described James Aso as a worthy shepherd, having known him for over 25 years ago in Asapa London. Over time, Aso has demonstrated the habits of a good servant of God.

The two Celestial Shepherds met in Ibadan after a courtesy visit by Aso, who has invited the City of David president to be one of the major ministers for Liberation Parish praise night in Lagos.

The week-long programme, tagged ‘Harvest of Praise,’ will commence on Monday, December 11 and end on Sunday, December 17, 2021. The programme will feature various events, including a Praise night on Friday, December 15. Other events include the CCC Special Service for seekers on Wednesday, December 13, and Spiritual Consultation on Thursday at the parish premises.

The parish harvest committees have assured that strict security protocols will be observed during the programme, while sales of bazaars will take place immediately after the service at the church premises.
