Ex-Convicts arrested for alleged murder of senator Yayi’s aide

In a recent development, the Lagos State Police Command has apprehended three individuals suspected of being involved in the murder of Adeniyi Sanni, an aide to Senator Olamilekan Adeola Yayi.

These suspects are believed to be part of an armed robbery group sponsored from abroad.

Their primary objective was to target unsuspecting victims and steal their secondhand cars, commonly referred to as “Tokunbo” vehicles.

During the press conference where the suspects were paraded, the Commissioner of Police for Lagos State, CP Idowu Owohunwa, provided details on how these alleged criminals carried out their illicit activities.
