Virgil van Dijk insists he trusts Liverpool to buy the right players as the transfer market threatens to go bonkers.

Liverpool have had a British record £111million offer for Moses Caicedo accepted by Brighton Albion amid stiff competition for Chelsea. Liverpool switched to Caicedo after failing with three bids for Southampton’s Romeo Lavia, the last of which was £46million.

The Reds are desperate to sign another No.6 after selling skipper Jordan Henderson and Fabinho to Saudi Arabia and van Dijk insists he has faith in them.‌ The Liverpool skipper insists that faith is well placed because of the club’s success in the transfer market under Jurgen Klopp.
