Igbos Mention Reason They Will Support Tinubu in 2027

Southeast Leader and Tinubu Support Organization member George Agbakahi has explained why the Igbo will back President Bola Tinubu’s re-election.

On Arise Television Monday, Agbakahi stated that the Igbos want to be part of Nigeria’s political mainstream.

The APC chieftain said President Tinubu has made significant efforts to improve the lives of Nigerians, especially in the South-East.

He emphasized that they aim to unite and vote heavily for Tinubu so he can continue his good work.

He also noted that politics is very fluid and mentioned that many factors will influence decisions for 2027.

“Igbos want to be in the mainstream politics of Nigeria. Southeast APC leadership and the people in the periphery have endorsed the president of this great country for a second tenure and we do not have any doubt that he will win this election.

“There are certain issues that occurred in the 2023 elections and we have learned from them. The issue of lack of unity among the APC members in the southeast,” he said.
