Suspended Adamawa REC has disappeared, says INEC

The Resident Electoral Commissioner of Adamawa State, Hudu Ari, has disappeared since his controversial action during the supplementary governorship election in the state.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said the whereabouts of the suspended Commissioner is not known. Ari announced a winner for the supplementary governorship election on Sunday while collation was yet to be concluded.
Speaking on the suspended Adamawa REC, INEC National Commissioner Festus Okoye, who spoke on a Channels Television programme Sunrise Daily monitored in Abuja said “we don’t know where he is at the moment. After this particular incident, the commission wrote to him and also called him o phone. He never answered ay of he calls and never returned any of them. We asked him to report to report to the Commission on Sunday, but did not see him. We asked him to report on Monday and did not see him either. Up to this moment, he has not reported n we don’t know where he is.”
On why the commission has not declared Ari wanted, Okoye argued that “declaring him wanted is the duty of the police. If they make determination that his presence is needed during investigations and he is nowhere to be found, it is within their prerogative to declare him wanted. I don’t know if he is under arrest at the moment or not. The responsibility given to the Commission under the law is to prosecute. The duty of investigations and arrest resides with the security agencies and in this case, the Nigeria Police Force which is the lead agency in terms of election security.
“We have written to the IGP detailing what the issues are and the infractions we believe that the REC has committed. We have asked him to investigate and if possible, make an arrest and if a prima facie case is established, he file should be made available to the commission to initiate the prosecution. So, we have followed the law, the processes and procedures.”
After suspending the REC, INEC reported his case to President Muhammadu Muhammadu Buhari, who on Thursday approved Ari’s suspension, pending the completion of an investigation by the Inspector General of Police on the conduct/actions of the REC during the Supplementary election in Adamawa State. The INEC National Commissioner said that the Commission had received a report from the Inspector General of Police and has commenced the process of prosecuting the controversial Adamawa REC.
“We wrote to the Inspector General of Police and Secretary to the Government of the Federation. We have received a response from the Inspector General of Police and they have already commenced an investigation. My understanding is that the moment the Inspector General of Police concludes the investigation regarding the REC and every other individual who is involved and a prima facie case is established against the REC the file will be made available to the commission and the commission will begin prosecution of the REC,” he added.
The commission also explained that it did not carry out any review of the declarations and return made on the presidential election because none of the parties in the election made any formal request for it as contained in the Electoral Act 2022. He added that in the fullness of time, Nigerians will come to realise that the 2023 elections is one of the best elections to ever be conducted in the country. He said though the commission had challenges wit uploading the presidential election results to the INEC Election Viewing portal, it is not enough to discredit the election.
Okoye said while the Electoral Act empowers the commission to review election result declared, such powers can only be exercised after a declaration and return has been made, adding that the clamor for a review of the presidential election was done when no declaration had been made. He declined to comment on the conduct of the elections saying “I am reluctant to analyse the conduct of the presidential and National Assembly elections as well as the governorship and state Assembly elections because some of the issues are already before the tribunals.”
He disclosed that the Commission has a policy of reviewing every election with a view to imbibing the lessons learnt. He said “after every election, the Commission engages in both external and internal evaluation of the conduct of the elections to learn valuable lessons and where mistakes are made, know how to remedy these mistakes. At a very reflective and rationale moment, we will come to see that this election will turn out to be one of the best elections ever conducted in this country.
“The election is like a revolutionary situation. I say this because if you look at the whole gamut of the election, I do not think that it will be fair to reduce the conduct of the 2023 general elections to the issue of result upload alone. If you look at section 43 of the electoral act 2022, it makes it optional for any political party that wants to nominate polling or party agents to the 176,606 poling units where we deployed election materials to do so. Four political parties, APC, PDP, NNPP and LP nominated over 170,000 poling agents. What that mean is that at the level of the poling units where the election took place, they were there.
“The law is that the moment votes are segregated, counted and entered into form EC8a which is the polling unit result sheet, a copy will be retained by the Commission, a copy will be given to the police and copies will be given to the party agents. It means that any party that deployed agents will have copies of the polling unit results. Secondly, you have to analyse elections from a holistic perspective and not only from the point of result upload because that is what is trending.
“The question of whether section 64 is mandatory in terms of result upload, whether the issue of collation revolves around result upload and other issues emanating from it, has been submitted to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and at the fullness of time, you will see that the Commission has done very well. Yes, we had challenges regarding upload of presidential election results and we informed Nigerians about the challenge.
“You will agree with me that there was result upload during the governorship and state Assembly elections. But you will agree that the Commission did well, but we cannot reduce the entire 2023 election to the challenge we had with the presidential upload. INEC has not done any review of the presidential election declaration because nobody has asked for it in writing. As at the time they were clamouring for a review, the declaration and return had not been made.”

1. Oshodi Under Bridge
Oshodi is one of the busiest transport hubs in Lagos. However, after nightfall, it becomes a hotspot for criminal activities, including armed robbery and extortion.
Criminals often operate in groups and are known to follow unsuspecting individuals before attacking. If you must pass through Oshodi at night, stick to well-lit, crowded areas and remain vigilant.

3. Ojuelegba
Ojuelegba is a major transport link connecting Lagos Mainland to the Island. It has been associated with high crime rates and boisterous nightlife.
While efforts have been made to curb crime, the area remains a hotspot for certain illicit activities, especially at night. Exercise caution when navigating Ojuelegba alone after dark, and consider using alternative routes if possible.
4. Ojodu-Berger
Ojodu-Berger is another place in Lagos to avoid at night. This area is a hotspot for bag snatching, phone theft, and robberies at gunpoint. Criminals often pose as regular commuters, making it challenging to identify potential threats. Be cautious and avoid walking alone in this area at night.

EXPOSED: Anal s3x, where northerners make cool money — Expert

Dr Zainab Suleiman, a prominent health expert, has raised concerns about the risks associated with anal sex, particularly in Northern Nigeria.
In a recent Facebook post, she likened the prevalence of teenage pregnancy in the region to a “new refinery”, suggesting a growing issue that needs attention.
Dr Suleiman exhaustively highlighted the health implications of anal sex, including hemorrhoids and loss of anal sphincter control, in a post on Tuesday.
Anal sex has become a lucrative practice in some northern states. This practice is widespread and has become normalized. Others request others to join on a daily basis. They even have groups they belong to, where they make recommendations to men interested in having sex with a female through the anus for financial gain.
Some men accustomed to anal sex, including those who practice homosexuality, find it easy to engage in anal sex with women for money. Such men sponsor the female’s lifestyle, spoil them with money, take them on holidays to countries of their choice, and provide them with luxury.
Having sex through the vagina may soon become old-fashioned in the north, as most women now prefer anal sex. A girl can now marry a man she’s fully aware is gay because the anus is involved, and they know each other’s secrets.
About five married couples shared with me that their husbands love anal sex more than anything. I thought Islam prohibited this, so why is it becoming so common?
The rate of homosexuality and lesbianism in the north is alarming, especially homosexuality. Many men and women’s anuses are punctured due to this practice.
Some ladies, due to preserving their virginity, choose anal sex to keep their virginity for their husbands but allow their boyfriends to engage in anal sex with them or use their anus for prostitution.
The almajiri system, where innocent children are allowed to roam the streets, has contributed to the problem, with some children being forced into anal sex for money.
My personal experience with the prison was eye-opening. Many people we treated for hemorrhoids were involved in anal sex. The experience was shocking, with men selling their anuses to fellow men inside the prison.
The rate of pornography groups created on WhatsApp and social media in the north is high. No tribe in Nigeria has shared more pornography links than the Arewa people.
The Dan Dawudu’s
Today in the north, we have more individuals engaging in unconventional behaviors. Children and young people see these individuals as role models, and it’s becoming normalized. Many are being discovered daily. As a medical doctor, I’m aware of intersex conditions, where children are born with ambiguous genitalia. I’m also aware of bisexuality and identity crises stemming from psychological issues. However, in some parts of the north, young people are adopting certain identities, using anal sex as a means to achieve financial gain or status.
Because in the north they patronize them for such , its a well known thing !
For some men in the north, being with a woman who engages in anal sex makes her more attractive most especially those married to gays .
But i can attributes , this act is common with those who are into Drugs and substances abuse .
NO AREWA MAN OR WOMAN WHO UNDERSTANDS RELIGION AND CULTURE DOES THAT :
One of my relationships ended because my partner wanted anal sex. I’ve shared this experience with a few people on this platform. The relationship was with someone I deeply loved, and it ended just days before our wedding. He revealed he was gay.
I returned to Nigeria in 2019 and settled in Abuja. The number of men and women involved in the anal sex industry is staggering. I’ve met girls from the north who travel to other states for this purpose.
What can you expect when people prioritize material wealth over morals and values? When spirituality is compromised, and people lead double lives? It’s no surprise I see many individuals involved in this lifestyle .
If not for religious reasons, many would be surprised to know how prevalent homosexuality and lesbianism are. Many men and women engage in these practices.
The fear is that in the next ten years, our marriages will become institutions of bisexuality. Both men and women are practicing anal sex, some as a source of income and others for fun.
As a parent, it’s essential to inspect your child’s anus for signs of anal sex abuse such as pain, bleeding, itching, or swelling around the anus .
Some Hemorrhoids in the north can be attributed to anal sex. Doctors should research this further, as it’s also a leading cause of fecal incontinence due to a loose anal sphincter.
Mind you pile can be natural yes due to some factors
Such as
1. *Straining during bowel movements*:2. *Pregnancy*:3. *Aging*: Weakening of the veins and tissues.4. *Family history*: Genetic predisposition.5. *Lifestyle factors*: Sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, or obesity.Chronic diarrhea or constipation*: Prolonged straining or pressure on the veins.Heavy lifting or bending*: Increased pressure on the veins.Obesity*: Excess weight can put pressure on the veins.
My personal experience with a few patients gave me the answers I needed. Some patients eventually opened up about how their hemorrhoids started, which confirmed my suspicions. I was with a colleague who had to tell a patient to stop doing something that was causing the issue, and it would resolve.
How did you know Dr
Patient don’t worry “WE DEY STREET”
I sincerely appreciate those who opened up, especially the victims.
It’s our collective responsibility to address this issue affecting the region, promoting proper sanitation and health education.
If you practice Islam, educate your girl child that anal sex is not normal and is prohibited in the religion.
No lesser sin between front door or back door .
Understand the risks of colon cancer and other sexually transmitted diseases associated with anal sex.
What will happen to the future of marriage institutions in the north in 10 to 20 years, considering the increasing numbers of homosexuality, lesbianism, and anal sex as a money-making industry .
The prevalence of anal sex and related issues in some parts of northern Nigeria is a complex and concerning phenomenon. As a society, we need to address the underlying factors driving this trend, including poverty, lack of education, and social norms. Healthcare professionals, policymakers, and community leaders must work together to provide support, education, and resources to mitigate the physical and psychological harm associated with these practices. By doing so, we can promote healthier attitudes and behaviors, ultimately protecting the well-being of individuals and communities.
This issue isn’t limited to the north; it’s a global social concern. However, my focus is on the northern region. Unfortunately, many Nigerians, not just those from the north, are engaging in anal sex as a means of financial gain, effectively commodifying their ANUS!.

Remi Tinubu urges Ondo monarchs to help end HIV

The wife of the President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has called on traditional rulers in Ondo State to help eradicate female genital mutilation, Hepatitis B, and other diseases affecting women in the state.
Mrs Tinubu also urged them to support her advocacy in tackling pressing health challenges affecting Nigerian women, including the elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Syphilis, and Tuberculosis, among others.
She made the call during a meeting with members of the Ondo State Council of Obas in Akure, the state capital, as part of her visit to the state on Thursday.
Tinubu said, “Ending female genital mutilation is also one of our key priorities. It is a harmful and outdated tradition built on myths. It does not stop promiscuity, as some believe. Instead, it destroys the lives of young girls.”
The Nigerian First Lady, who also flagged off the South-West leg of the Renewed Hope Initiative as part of efforts to improve the well-being of women and girls across the country, announced plans to distribute no fewer than 10,000 professional kits — comprising Crocs and scrubs — to nurses and midwives in the South-West region.
She also introduced a new menstrual hygiene campaign, tagged Flow with Confidence, through which her office intends to supply 10,000 sanitary pads to young girls in each state, with a focus on rural areas.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the State Council of Obas and Olowo of Owo, Oba Gbadegesin Ogunoye, who was represented by the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, commended Mrs Tinubu’s initiatives and pledged the support and prayers of the traditional institution.
The monarch said, “We may not be able to offer financial help, but our prayers will never cease for the success of President Tinubu’s administration.”
He also praised the First Lady’s loyalty and visible support for her husband, stating that “By the time Asiwaju completes his first term, Nigerians will beg him to go for another.”

Human trafficking allegation: Nigerian Community leadership in Ivory Coast calls for peace talk

In response to the recent controversy surrounding allegations of human trafficking involving Nigerian nationals in Ivory Coast, the Nigerian community leadership in the country has called for unity and collaboration between the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) and activist VeryDarkMan, emphasizing that the priority should be the protection of vulnerable Nigerians, especially children.
The issue, which gained national attention following a viral video by social media activist VeryDarkMan, highlighted the plight of young Nigerian girls reportedly trafficked to Ivory Coast. The video, which mentioned NIDCOM and its Chairperson, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, sparked widespread debate and concern across the diaspora and in Nigeria.
In a statement issued by the President of the Nigerian Community in Ivory Coast, Mr. Onwuchelu Michael Emeka, the community clarified its position and distanced itself from any narrative suggesting disloyalty to the Nigerian government.
“Our meeting with VeryDarkMan was done in good faith, driven by our commitment to find lasting solutions to the human trafficking menace affecting our people,” Mr. Onwuchelu explained.
“We discussed issues affecting Nigerians in Ivory Coast and appreciated his zeal, but we were not aware that the fallout would cause such controversy. Our intention was never to create division or bring disrepute to any government institution.”
The community leader stressed that the goal is to foster collaboration—not confrontation.
“We believe both NIDCOM and activists like VeryDarkMan can work together in the interest of our children. We must build bridges, not walls. Advocacy and government efforts must align for meaningful impact.”
Mr. Onwuchelu Emeka further expressed appreciation for the continued support of the Nigerian Embassy in Ivory Coast and acknowledged the efforts of Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, describing her as a consistent ally of Nigerians in the diaspora.
“We commend NIDCOM for its proactive role and Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa’s unwavering commitment to diaspora welfare. We also recognize the power of advocacy in exposing hidden issues. The focus now should be on protecting victims and preventing future occurrences.”
To promote stronger ties and dialogue, Mr. Emeka announced that the Nigerian community in Ivory Coast is planning a series of courtesy visits to key stakeholders in Nigeria, including the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, with the aim of aligning strategies for diaspora safety and engagement.
“We owe it to our people, especially the younger generation, to work in unity. The safety of Nigerians abroad should always be a shared responsibility.”
In a new development, VDM posted on his Instagram account that a sum of N20 million doatione has been transferred to NAPTIP.
He said: “On behalf of the RATEL MOVEMENT I donated the sum of 20million naira to NAPTIP through the (MVOI) to help bring back the trafficked children from Ivory Coast back to Nigeria and other victims of trafficking and to also help in their rehabilitation, furthermore, we urge all the security agencies to play their parts in protecting our children especially our girl child by securing the borders.
Meanwhile, Dr Allen Onyema promised that his airline would ensure the return of the girls back to Nigeria from the French-speaking West African country free of charge.

Fresh prophecy reveals who wins 2027 election as Tinubu warned

As dawn breaks over Nigeria, the anticipation surrounding the 2027 presidential race intensifies, drawing closer the pivotal moment when citizens will choose their next leader.
Amid this bustling political activity, intriguing prophecies have surfaced regarding the identity of Nigeria’s next president.
While numerous challenges and fierce rivalries lie ahead, it is believed that a singular, worthy candidate will ultimately rise victorious from this complex and competitive arena.
The General Overseer of the Wisdom Church of Christ International and International President of the Federation of League of Concerned Prophets of Nigeria, Prophet Bisi Olujobi, has stated that, despite opposition, President Bola Tinubu will win a second term.
Although he acknowledged that the upcoming contest would be challenging, he expressed confidence that the President would ultimately prevail. “He should be prepared for a battle. He will return. They will fight him harder than they did during the last election. They will seriously unite against him and allocate considerable resources to oppose him; they are ready for a confrontation, but they will fail,” Olujobi said.
He advised the President to exercise caution.
Reflecting on his experiences during the lead-up to the 2023 general election, he noted that many clerics opposed him for declaring that Tinubu would win. Olujobi revealed that God had informed him about Tinubu’s presidential future even when he was still governor of Lagos State. “When I shared this insight with some of my friends, they told me to keep quiet. Since then, I have continued to receive revelations about him. God is with Tinubu, and he will do well for this nation.”
Olujobi further emphasized that, although many believed it would be difficult for Tinubu to win the 2023 election, God consistently reassured him of Tinubu’s success. “He possesses wisdom and knowledge. He knows how to organize things and make them work. While persecution is inevitable, by the special grace of God, the Lord will ensure his victory.”
Olujobi recounted the persecution he faced for supporting Tinubu, stating, “I’m not a politician; I’m a prophet of God. However, some of my friends think he is rewarding me for my support. They resent me for it. Some even told me to my face that I played a role in his rise to the presidency. I stressed that it was not I but God who spoke. I remember a time when they nearly burned down this place. Some friends even revoked my speaking engagements because I supported Tinubu. I only shared what God revealed to me, and I will continue to do so. When God provides a revelation and you stand firm on it, His promises will surely come to pass.”
In response to concerns expressed by some about the President’s health, Olujobi reassured that there is no cause for alarm, stating, “God will uphold Mr. President.”
